As a 24 yr old assuming u must have completed some sort of UG degree
Then u can apply for a simple job even if not a huge one for the time being to re-analyse your life choices for the future …
Any sane and matured person would do that (in my opinion)HU just got a job and u want to waste money on legal expenses that too on ur parents
Yes I am judgy rn…I cant help but see immaturity in this post…Assuming they are the worst parents anyone could have…..why do u want property from them if u assume they are bad…

HInform parents first > police > then clg faculty or head( Tamil to English) – assuming u r in a pvt university in Tamilnadu and this guy utters “rape” violently like it’s nothing tells either he is influential guy or just a moron..
In either case u can’t trust pvt clg as they will only work towards saving the clg image & not help u in a way u actually need..Gather evidence report to parents and police..
This rape convo may be considered as hearsay only – won’t be much of value unless u have a text or voice recording directly from him..
So just file a case of ragging and include this – let it go with the flow
