That’s what I had in mind as well. I was just worried to start over on the same CTC again. Mostly HR positions don’t have a lot of budget to begin with. And anyways explaining my current situation to any company would be a task and I am not sure how to answer if they ask why are you a fresher even after 1 year of graduating MBA or why didn’t you join anywhere? Should I conceal my employment or how to answer that question?

It was originally 1.5 years of contract only. I had misread it as 1 year. The company hasn’t lied or anything. But even if it is 1 year or 1.5 year, everyday in this company is getting difficult to spend. Therefore I just wanted guidance regarding should I approach myself as a fresher to companies for job change or what else can I do?
