I reached out to court and asked them to correct it.Regarding the visa fraud, you can reach out to USCIS and complain given that you have supporting information. Looks like you currently hold a H1B and visa status change from H4 to F1 needs an interview from last year. She must have gone through interview and provided necessary financial support. If that is the case, itβs unlikely called a visa fraud.
Unfortunately as someone mentioned in other comments, USA divorce decree is not valid in India and can be challenged in court if your marriage is legalised in India. You need an international family attorney.
Same applies to spousal support and legal fee. You cannot challenge them in India. These is not same for mutual divorce cases. Looks like yours is not mutual divorce.
One last and important question is has she filed any affidavit during your divorce with the sequence of events- this will negatively impact your visa status and Indian case if she plans to/or have already reported you to USCIS. Make sure to verify if she has any recordings that challenge your claims.
