You can ask retrenchment compensation. If they are not agreeing, do file case in Labour court.

Retrenchment compensation, as per the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, is a monetary benefit paid to employees who are retrenched (laid off) from their job. This compensation is equivalent to 15 days’ average pay for every completed year of continuous service, or any part thereof in excess of six months.
