Op i am not a lawyer but just wanted to tell you, my best wishes are with you and your mom!!! No woman deserves a spineless husband like your father, who cannot stand up for his wife when he still had time. Your mom is under no obligation to serve your insufferable granny. Your granny sounds like a terrible person, i hope one day she gets a tastes of her medicine. I am glad your mom found someone who loves and respects her.
