Yes we want to talk to her but she is not listening did not even share her number. She straight away started threatening us and my mom is 62 she told her to calm down but she raised her voice and said lots of inappropriate things We offered her water and then tea she pushed the tray away twice . Tell me how will we contact her if she won’t share her number ? Same thing happened when her husband passed away we had no contact point if we had her number we could have spoken to her . We want to find a solution but how will we find a solution with this kind of behaviour.

Because my father helped the owner when the property was getting sealed by the electricity department and he was hiding because he had government job . My father settled the whole thing and he also had the option to register the electricity meter on his name but he did not because back then it was easy to manipulate things
