I’ve already filed two complaints – NCH portal and PG Portal

And these idiots have closed both the complaints with the incorrect details.

I tried to look into consumer court through e-jagriti and it looks like a tedious process as we need to prepare multiple documents.

They didn’t even refund my money.

Btw, is the connection still active in your account? Do you receive the bill?
