April 24, 2025 at 8:36 amThings that people do in real life are ‘more words from a specific computer science field’. Either you are a child or Amish or definitely as your username suggests, a bored imp. Btw, many such suggestions/ solutions have many times being given to GOI, as has been mentioned by many former secretaries to GOI, but they never adopted it.Maybe, don’t come back here. Pickup a book.

April 24, 2025 at 8:01 amCorporate mumbo jumbo: seems like you live in the stone ages, and not know what a digital system is, what a workforce allocation system is, what a workflow syndication system is, what defined processes & workflow are. If I take your words for the sake of them, you may not be a bhakt, but you definitely are aloof about the world. Are you sure you are not Amish?April 24, 2025 at 7:34 am in reply to: SC Govt Officer Humiliated by State Minister Over Technical Delay โ Faced Caste Slurs & Public Shame #9254IIshitathinker901

April 24, 2025 at 6:04 amBy bringing in transparency, by distributing every work into granular bits, so that responsibility for any action or inaction is automatically allocated. Reservation doesn’t solve a thing. It just gives the semblance of inequality, and makes some people disadvantaged by this inequality & some people advantaged by this inequality. Obviously, the disadvantaged here would loathe the advantages, and the minister types will play along the fault lines.April 13, 2025 at 4:03 pm in reply to: Domestic violence and Financial abuse advice for a relative #15726IIshitathinker901

April 13, 2025 at 3:34 pmBuddy, seek a good lawyer. Your relative has no cause of apprehension of the kids’ future, as they have the right to their father’s property & maintenance. At the same time, I would suggest that she can seek employment or new initiatives to secure her children’s future. I know saying it is easy & reality is often emotionally roller-coster, but it is the path that has to be treaded.IIshitathinker901

April 12, 2025 at 7:31 pmBuddy, it was public nuisance, if anyone saw that & put up a complaint. It is entirely different that if there are no evidence of it, it becomes a he said she said. And even if it exists, would his higher-ups pursue it. But, what is even entirely different matter is that you would incur more in legal fees & wasted time & opportunity if you pursued it legally. Plus, this is India, and not pre-Trump America, that cops are expected to act honourable & uphold the law to the T. They can just add any random charge on top to just make you suffer. But, what can be done now? If you want to pursue it, there are mechanisms to put up a complaint of bribery against cops. You can look at it. You may get back your 10k, but do consider the at what cost of it. Next time, choose a better place.

April 12, 2025 at 12:11 pmNALWhat’s their in your contract? Is it specifically written that you cannot buy out your contract or you can, depending on company’s discretion? If so, then yes, you have to serve. But, the lawyers would be able to suggest if something on the contract breaks the law like mandating servitude or any other parts of the contract.

April 11, 2025 at 1:46 pmWhat your ‘friend’ has done is illegal, unethical, immoral & just wrong. Both the questions have the same answer: LIKELY. You have two options:1. Find a good lawyer who will find some technicality in the contract. But this will incur huge money
2. Cut a deal with the company.
