April 26, 2025 at 8:29 amCalling 1930 or cyber case is completely wrong here. The TAT for UPI chargeback case is 35 days, that’s why bank told you it might take 35 days, but even after 35 days it’s not sure that the case will be resolved let alone in your favour. Most of the times the Beneficiary’s bank reply that the person couldn’t be contacted and the case gets closed. One more option you can try is to give indemnity bond a long with your application and required documents to your home branch and ask them to provide indemnity bond to the beneficiary bank for the reversal . Most of the banks do reverse transfers based on indemnity bond.( which banks are involved?) -
