Going to the cops will be the worst, my be try contacting your bank and tell them a fraud has occurred with you and if they can do anything to help and if they ask you for a police complain or FIR than I don’t know what to do with it

Maybe talk to you father in your mother’s presence about something being wrong or any troubles which you and your mother has not noticed in his life and behaviour
