I have taken Care health for my parents and have good and bad experiences. I have 50k worth of claim rejected last year, 3L worth of claim approved this year.

Since your HDFC policy is rejected, consult with some other broker and get an idea if you can get a better policy than Care, or at least migrate to other Care plan (choosing the right broker is also important in my opinion).

Don’t go with that, also with policybazaar. Book a call with ditto or beshak. At least you will have someone to guide.

Were you getting treatment or medication for this? Didn’t they add any loading charge and accept? And who is your broker?
