The lawyer I spoke to talking most of the upfront and regarding legal route I am not sure.

Thank you, I checked with a lawyer. He asked for 1 lakh as fees, which I agreed to but there is no clarity/garauntee that I will 100% get back the money. Don’t want to spend anything more on it.

We paid money for registering part of land in our name. We had email and whatsapp communication for the same. But once they tricked us in paying the money before counter-signing on the aggrement. Everything went to thin air.
