The guy who is suspect is married with a kid 3 year old … guy is from rewari the incident is said to happen at agricultural department of hisar University(though not 100% sure) , Guy is hiding with help of his brother who is in delhi police … , Police still isn’t working and it’s waiting for postmortem report which will be arriving in a day or two
