That I already did, but there might still be some money that may come at some point in time for various reasons.

Sorry for your loss, I have experienced the same situation lately, we had a contact in muncipality, & he did most of the work, the form needed two govt employees as witnesses.

Don’t forget to take atleast 10 copies of originals for banks, insurance and other purposes. Notify them ASAP. & look for any govt benefits that your family might qualify for, this will help with making things happen, don’t spend any money unless you have to. wait for it.

no partners, the collateral is a commerial shop in a busy business street.

My uncle says the same thing, and yes there’s a collateral attached to that loan and the manager said the loan is business loan and doesn’t have a insurance on it. So, yea the things are complicated.

It’s not the LIC manager who called me, It was another bank manager, under whose bank my dad has a loan.
