KYea, i contacted the NGO. They would send the dogs to a neaby metro city and bring back the dogs once they are fully recovered. Even though they have got nearly 300 dogs spayed with 4-5 casualties(due to prior unknown diseases), I just couldn’t get my heart to send them away like this. Now that you have described this place, i am not gonna. Will take them to my own doc.KExactly! This is honestly disheartening. I was gonna remove this post. But just wanted to ask you, how did you get them spayed? Did you send them to the government facilities or to a private doctor? Also any side effects? How long will it take for them to become their normal self again?KSaying this again here for you!!-
I have already adopted a stray dog. I wish I could afford to adopt every dog on the street. Once you have them, it’s not easy to turn your back on them.
And i do feed them regularly and plan to get them sterilised. And I am not trying to be a saint!! It’s just the cruelty of people which bothers me. And this kind of treatment has become a norm in my society!! Can you imagine stuffing 6 puppies in a sack and tying the knot so they can’t escape and leave them in a secluded jungle like area for them to die of suffocation!!!!
Rather give them poison.
