It All depends on your girlfriend. Even if she is saying yes now and later if she withdraws her consent you are at fault. Such is the law. I recommend you to meet as many people as possible that are related to her as friends and family to be sure that she won’t charge you with such accusations just in case things don’t go as you’ve planned.
