if the legal heirs inherit assets from the deceased estate, they are responsible for settling the debt to the extent of the value of the inherited assets.

Ugc is a just rubber stamp they can’t do anything they just forward your complaint to the concern college after that college sent a letter to the ugc that complaint was false and we do not found anything related to ragging afterthat ugc forward this letter to complainant thats it

Raised a complaint with the rbi ombudsman that you have never applied for such loan before that you have sent a mail to the principal nodal officer of the bank stating that recently you have reviewed the credit report and found out a account reported by you but unfortunately I have never taken any loan from you so this entry is wrong
