If I am driving on road on a normal average speed and somehow a dog decides to break check me then there is absolutely 100% chances that dog gonna be under the car and that is a proper accident there is no animal cruelty here.
Obviously dogs aren’t smart enough to not cross roads while there are vehicles but c’mon guys if you are a regular driver of either car or bike you know better, sometimes they just do haphazard stuff without thinking.
