March 21, 2025 at 12:45 pmThe judiciary’s immunity from accountability and its elitism didn’t emerge overnight—it’s a legacy of its original purpose. The British established a structured legal system, replacing India’s diverse indigenous traditions, not to serve justice but to maintain control. It was a tool for suppressing dissent and revolts, treating the local population as second-class citizens while upholding colonial rule. After independence, the country became free, but the system remained largely unchanged. Politicians inherited a ready-made structure and chose to run it as it was. That’s why, even today, our judiciary retains much of its colonial character—distant, elitist, and corrupt.
The judiciary is nothing more than a club of elites who see the common man as a slave, a laborer, or a second-class citizen. Simply put, power has just shifted from white skin to brown skin, so questioning it doesn’t really mean much.

February 26, 2025 at 5:34 pmThis isn’t legal advice, but Gurgaon landlords are absolute crooks. They straight-up steal security deposits and then have the nerve to threaten legal action. One of my friends got screwed over like this, and another was scammed by a broker and landlord working together—they took the money and then acted like they didn’t know each other. These landlords are nothing but parasites, especially in Gurgaon, where they operate like a mafia.
