Bhai it department might ask for the sources of funds nothing else.
For your income earned via policies or fd it might be taxable and hence the burden of tax.

NAL but you can ask for right of free-way.
So apparently under english common law right of way is a perpetual right which can be given by the owner of adjacent land to another person for ease of access.
U should get a district magistrate first class officers order for the same.
