Resign and tell that dad’s health, mom’s health as a reason to future employers. Or take up a course. Upgrade.March 28, 2025 at 10:01 am in reply to: Need Advice: Living in a Property for 35 Years, Now a Stranger is Claiming It #28359LLuckyfox7110

March 28, 2025 at 10:01 amDear tyr1699, in Mumbai, in many other places, landlords have developed the land and have given the current tenants a flat in the new building. It is very amicable. More than 50% consensus is needed. Land is in your name. Destroy the building and the tenants have nothing then.
You can also force them to take electricity from your meter. And cut their connection. They won’t be able to fight that. Step by step you can strengthen your grip.March 28, 2025 at 9:56 am in reply to: Need Advice: Living in a Property for 35 Years, Now a Stranger is Claiming It #28337LLuckyfox7110

March 28, 2025 at 9:56 amYou are living there. Ok. Are you paying rent every month? Do you know the current owner? Stranger may be the real current owner too. Did you check. I get it that your mother is 62 and probably doesn’t want to leave that place. You are not the owner. But you are an occupant currently. See if you can get the property in your name by registering with whatever calculations and amount. Get a home loan. Pay the current owner. Fight for it. Surprised to hear that you are not in touch with the earlier owner’s family members.LLuckyfox7110

March 25, 2025 at 7:08 amHow much money do you have for this? File FIR, police will say no, will scare your gf that things will be nasty in court and they will ask her questions in explicit language which will make her uncomfortable, pay them. Court hearings. Travel here. Appoint a lawyer. This guy needs to be taught a lesson. Rip apart his life. If he is working, contact his HR with FIR copy and details. If he is studying, let them know. Bring a social media campaign against this. Assume that somehow your GF’s identity will be revealed somewhere. Still protect her at all costs. Fight with this injustice. Marry her. Have kids. Tell them the story later. Have a discussion with this offender guy via a group of 6feet tall, black, bearded, gym goers, goon like people, tell him that you have planned all this. Tear apart his world. Girl will be yours.March 14, 2025 at 7:38 am in reply to: Sister changed in front of CCTV camera in an Airbnb hosted by a lawyer! #37258LLuckyfox7110

Everything can be restored from.
Deleted and formatted hard drive, usb, pen drives, SSD, etc
Do not share that you know this info (that recovery is possible) with anyone including police or lawyer.Destruction like say burning or shredding of the storage device is the way.
And don’t give any solace to the lawyer, to go to the police and court is easy for him.

February 21, 2025 at 2:38 pmYou were at fault.
Attack on you was brutal and I can see that its effect is too much more than what you deserved as a punishment. She couldn’t let it go. You apologised, matter should have ended there.
It is her privacy which she felt is violated and also that she being a good neighbour wanted others to beware of any such incidents.Did you explain yourself in the group?
I think people will understand.
If it is an old issue now, you can say, I waited for the dust to be settled and hence posting now.
Viral girl, due to misunderstanding, she made a negative comment which when you clear doesn’t create a negative picture in people’s minds about you.
Smile and share your pic and story.
Assume that most people understand and have understood. -
