March 27, 2025 at 6:19 pmDelete all bank account apps and UPI apps from your mother’s phone. And don’t share any OTP over the call or message or video call or digital arrest scam. This is legit a scam. Even if it is not, and a genuine mistake is made, clearly tell the person when he/she calls that please escalate to your bank for reversal. You do no transfer a single rupee. And don’t use this amount as well. Drain this account of your own personal money immediately. March 27, 2025 at 4:08 amThis falls under insurance fraud by B. If you are able to show a history of such incidents by B and her family then you can land them in trouble much more. You need to file counter cases showing the chain of history in complete detail and how previous lawyer manipulated A in accepting wrongful convictions.
