March 24, 2025 at 6:06 pmDuring my wife’s passport police verification today the police asked for a rent agreement but she hasn’t submitted a rent agreement as an address proof. She had submitted the passbook copy of a SBI. I want to understand, on what basis the police verification is conducted in terms of address proof when they have the report of the submitted documents.March 24, 2025 at 5:39 pm in reply to: Should I update my rent agreement if my landlord transferred the property to his son? #28196LLuckysiddharth8298
