Sir, the lawyer knows first-hand about the situation and I’ve spoken to him about it on the side on several occasions. I’m able to find buyers, but the moment they come to know about the land on which the building exists is having an active case, they simply back out. This has been the experience with me and two other apartment owners in the same building.
