Earlier usual bribes for getting building maps passed was around 2 to 3L. Now they won’t talk to you till you pay 10L atleast. Local newspaper journalist used to charge 20k now they also charge 1L (bribe). Top leaders are well aware.MIf your father is a builder he probably knows all these tactics and knows how things get done. You ll have take help from someone influencial, and bring down the amount to 5L. Don’t deal with JE or AE, directly deal with EE or CE. JEs get transferred quickly, don’t trust them with bribe greater than 1L.
