MSo you mean, someone was not able to clear the bank loan,his flat was about to get confiscated by the bank and your dad paid off the loan on that person’s behalf…So while doing that are there any legal papers signed with proper agreement..
If the loan is paid off by your father to the bank,then why the property papers not with your father

Don’t tell me that your father has just paid the bank’s loan on behalf of that other person without entering into any legal agreement.

MHow will this be possible..With adhar how will they make a birth certificate.. Won’t they require a hospital discharge summary and all that stuff…How will they believe that my child is born in Mumbai with just the adhar card.
MMention it on mail…Put your last date on email and leave..Clearly mention that you are ready to buyout the notice period.MDon’t go for a fake certificate come what may…It’s just one bad day and your career is ruined forever..It’s really not worth…Do your hardwork and Crack on merit..MNever never go into such shady deals..He basically wants to take a paid trial of your flat..What if after 2 months he back out..You will lose other prospective buyer who might contact you in thus 2 months..Don’t go for all this..MYou resign citing health reasons and ask them to waive the notice period..If they can’t request them to make it to 15 days..If they are not ready offer them 1 month of notice period salary and request them to waive off the rest.
Make sure to take the relieving letter..Never abscond.Leave in a good note as you might require their good note for future back ground verification..
Never go for any argument..Sort it peacefully..
