I make ₹25k a month. I can’t afford a lawyer, let alone a good one. Additionally, this is india. The chances of these guys buying out any judge is extremely high. I might have to end up paying him.

I know sure as shit none of the eye witnesses will testify against him considering they supported him during the incident.

Again, I am afraid of the support I’ll receive. I just want precautionary advice in case he tries to retaliate.

Yea. I just need two or three years to save up enough to fly away to Germany or Sweden or some civilized country like that to pursue my higher studies. Never coming back here. I will likely take my mother there as well.

Yea I asked for any CCTV footage from nearby buildings but no one is supporting that due to who it is against. From now on I’ll always wear my helmet cam. I just want to know how scared I should be about any retaliation he might do now. Not gonna take legal action against him.

Yea. I wasn’t wearing my helmet cam then and I doubt my neighbours and the shopkeeper will testify against him. Will start wearing it all the time now, even for minor errands.

I am scared he might have someone jack my scooter or send goons to my apartment.
