1. If she literally hits your mother, and elder to you, ask your father to intervene.

2. If she is younger than you, try to put some sense into her and if she does not listen, as an elder brother, tell her how to respect the people who give her shelter and food , and then again if no improvement, tell her to stay away from you and the mother

Might as well slap some real sense into her this time.
