We still live in a country where Dalits are not allowed to drink water from upper caste wells. Dalit grooms are killed for riding horses and so on. Everyone is frustrated with the reservations myself included. The person who decided the reservations has maybe a couple of dozen degrees to his name, so maybe his thought process must have been correct and definitely better than you or me.MLook up the poorest communities of India and check their caste.
