First of all, whatever you called him, it didn’t give him any right to slap you and Secondly all lawyers and advocates are civilians, they are not above the law nor do they enjoy any special privileges higher than a common man. If you were slapped, you could have either retaliated right there by hitting him in return and claim it was done in self defence as he was the one who initiated it. Secondly, if you did not want to retaliate to his slap at the road, you could have filmed a video after being slapped that this guy claims he’s an advocate, and he slapped you and then call the police to the spot where this incidence took place but at the end of the day if you have no witness or cctv cameras to prove that you were assaulted, then it’s your word against his and he is very likely to be held not guilty as criminal law requires a burden of proof which is beyond reasonable doubt. Lastly, let me tell you that KARMA IS REAL, and what he did to you and how it made you feel, he will suffer the same powerlessness and humiliation or even worse, what is more important is that you forgive him completely, because firstly he is acting from ego and arrogance and does not know that his actions like these will lead to his own doom and Secondly, I am asking you to forgive him for three reasons, firstly forgiving someone for what they did to you makes you free from the trauma they inflicted on you and makes you move on in life completely unaffected, Secondly, you may forgive him but the Universe doesn’t and he will learn his life lesson sooner or later by some other person who will assault him in a similar manner and thirdly but most importantly, it is very important that you forgive him completely because if you don’t, in your next life, you will be the aggressor and he will be the victim and this role reversal cycle will continue till perpetuity until one of you just forgives the other and refuses to retaliate and forgives the other. Please realize you are a divine and godly being and being slapped by anyone doesn’t make you small or insignificant. Lastly, forgive yourself also, many of us don’t know our past lives and the actions we committed in those lives, so think of it as your karma being resolved in light of this experience, do not put yourself in a victim mode.
