Hes worse than this, i just pointed out the big issues here, and there are 1000s of other small issues. Once we told him not to fo ganja on flat then next time he got charas and started explaining difference between them and how we asked him not to do ganja so je started doing charas

I was gonna do this exact thing but then the other roommates were against this, but now they are also fed-up with his nonsense

His part of deposit is 17500, and the amount of damages etc exceeds this amount, also he left the flat without prior notice and is now not taking away his stuff saying he will only vacate after getting his deposit back.
