April 11, 2025 at 6:52 amNAL. Since you asked for practical advice, first you need to forget about the money spent. Whats gone is gone. Thats not coming back. You have two options-
1. If you want to reconcile and she wants the same. You can give it a go.
2. Go for a mutual seperation if thats what both of you want.Getting in a messy divorce situation with cases and counter cases is going to hurt you mire financially and emotionally.
Think over what you want. Talk to your wife about what she wants and come to a mutually agreeable decision.

March 27, 2025 at 3:28 pmIf you have in written that refund will occur after pickup, tell them you returned the product, hence you got the refund. Tell them you don’t have the product and the flipkart guy took it. Its not like they get anything signed on return.February 21, 2025 at 12:49 pm in reply to: Can my sister claim her share in the parental house #50373MMegautkarsh6607

February 21, 2025 at 12:49 pmSelf acquired by parents means they still hold the right to it and can choose who they want it to transfer. Wills and power of attorney can always be changed till your parents are alive. Unless the property is registered on your name, your sister would always have a claim over it.February 11, 2025 at 11:47 am in reply to: A mother begging us to not file a case against her 20yo son. #56610MMegautkarsh6607

February 11, 2025 at 11:47 amStay firm with your decision. I think this soft heartedness leads to more problem. The parents had resources to buy a bike(even on installments), but didn’t bother with a helmet and license? No sense of explaining him about do’s and don’ts on riding on road.Let them sell their bike if needed. Pretty sure their insurance will be void because the boy driving most probably doesn’t have a license.
Paying the medical bill isn’t even compensation. No one can really compensate for the pain and suffering and long term issue because of the plates. Why should only the person who got hit suffer and the person who caused the accident walk scot free.
He had the audacity to lie and claim that he didn’t cause the accident and even now he didn’t show up to apologise. Being poor is not an excuse for bad behaviour or lying.

February 9, 2025 at 1:53 pmYou can file a case. But these things take a lot of time. I would still suggest to settle it outside of court. Even the advocates ask lot of money for property cases. If doesn’t agree to anything reasonable, tell him you have all the proofs and you will sue him. Sometimes a threat of case works, but he isn’t going to lose much, so having a case is in his favour since he can drag it fir ever.

February 8, 2025 at 5:08 pmNAL. Two things have to be kept in mind. First who has his name on the sale deed. If its in your father’s name, you uncle can do nothing. Its in your uncle’s name, better to settle with him. If both of them are co-owners, there isn’t much you can do.Second, you say your uncle stopped paying the EMI. Unless he has his name written on the deed and the loan was sanctioned on both names and he was paying through his own account, you can’t really prove that he didn’t pay the installments. It will be his words against yours. He could just say he paid everything and be entitled to half the value of the flat.

January 27, 2025 at 10:20 amUnless you live alone, all legal approaches would mean your family would know something is up. Else you can report to cybercrime if the person is solely someone you know through online meetups. If you have fallen a victim of honey trapping, even then the solution is cybercrime.

January 15, 2025 at 2:00 pmNAL. His father can do whatever with his self acquired property. Your friend would still be legally able to claim from any ancestral property. If his father dies without any will, your friend would be able to claim his share. His father would have to get a will made or transfer his property to his daughter before he passes away for his threat to be effective.

January 14, 2025 at 2:22 amI personally went through IVF. Although it takes a toll physically and mentally, and we had to go through multiple attempts, we couldn’t be happier. The doctor was good but I deep dived in the whole process myself. What medicines he gave out for what purpose. I researched the hell out of internet and forums and talked to multiple people who went through the process.
The first step is to avoid shady clinics. And stop going to doctors who don’t explain what they are doing. They can only suggest that you need a ivf, if you want a donor sperm IUI, they can’t say no to you. Although you would have to understand which case is applicable in yours.
As per rate card is concerned, at the end of the day the clinics and hospitals are vying for more customers and promotion is a thing. Heck, even we went to different clinics and hospitals to enquire the price. Even checked the prices in different cities. Its an expensive procedure so customers will be looking to save a few bucks where they can.
It was a frustrating experience while we underwent the process, but the joy we have when we see our little one is unmatched to anything else. So, I would say I am pretty satisfied with the whole thing.

January 13, 2025 at 12:29 pmUntil and unless you have a written agreement, you can’t even prove you paid a deposit. Only thing you can realistically do is appeal to them for some time or just manage the money somehow. Nothing else can be done because in case you do move out, you will have to pay the deposit again. And moving costs quite a penny these days. -
