April 8, 2025 at 4:41 pmBhai, sorry to say, but jab itni fat ti hai toh gali hin kyun bake first time? Everyone is telling you it is a scam and telling you how to handle it legitimately by insisting on FIR copy but you keep saying you are scared. You should then avoid getting into such situations. Sabke bas ki baat nahi hoti gali bakna and then handle the possible fallouts.March 27, 2025 at 5:08 pm in reply to: Godrej and Flipkart are threatening Legal Action Over a defective sofa I Bought from Flipkart, after 15 months #26489MMightyfalcon9874

March 18, 2025 at 3:17 pmThere must be other reasons( also I dont think they could have gotten to know whom your father voted unless he mentioned it to someone). The goonโs wife lost – that would mean a lot of people did not vote for her – so did they beat up all the people? Why single out your dad? If they beat up a lot/most of the people you should all combine and fight a case.
Also why not approach the person who you actually voted? They should help you and since they won, they should have some influence in the area now?
This is also a lesson to not speak out about your political choices out loud – keep it to yourself and tell everyone who comes asking for vote – that you will vote for them.

February 13, 2025 at 3:40 pmEven if she files an FIR her parents will likely come to know about it and will be unhappy that she did not confide in them. There is no need for her to fight this alone and she cannot avoid doing anything since things will only get worse. Only option is to tell parents – if parents are very strict then backup option is to tell them he has probably generated AI images/manipulated images. Things will get sorted out once parents are involved and also nullifies his leverage/threats. Other than parents – perhaps an elder brother or relative who can deal with it.February 9, 2025 at 2:25 pm in reply to: Tenant is not leaving, what’s the quickest legal way to evict them #57659MMightyfalcon9874

February 9, 2025 at 2:25 pmAs you are looking to sell your flat, get a broker who is also influential – a local who can help in evicting this guy. Be upfront and tell the broker your situation and also that you will go with flat sale through him. He will have an incentive to help you. You can also ask your housing society to not allow him to enter since there is no agreement and societies ask for agreement to allow tenants. I also think if you approached your nearest police station they might be willing to help – maybe just scold/scare the guy. They may be sympathetic to your issue and help out a little. No harm in talking to them and asking them for guidance. Maybe you could also explore getting into an agreement with another guy and he can insist he needs to live there since he has agreement and the old one does not.MMightyfalcon9874

February 8, 2025 at 9:13 amGo on a trip for 5/10 days – get your moneyโs worth (and a little on top of it). For example if 6000 is reasonable for 10 days – use it for 12 days and then drop it in front of a shop near their rental office, take a video, call them and tell them you have left the car there. Avoid meeting them and do not expect a refund. Utilising is your best option – you wont get refund and it wont be worth fighting about.February 5, 2025 at 11:26 am in reply to: Can I remove my wife’s name and add my mom’s name from my 5 crore term insurance plan legally ? #60542MMightyfalcon9874

February 5, 2025 at 11:26 amMaybe the wife doesnโt know the rules – tell her you are cancelling it or changing nominee – and if she wants to keep it, she can buy it from you for 5 lakhs (or maybe even 2/3 lakhs). You can also try to sweeten the deal by offering to try to die early by drinking, eating unhealthy etc. ๐MMightyfalcon9874

January 29, 2025 at 6:58 pmBut they sold the service for 1 re to your friend, right? Whether the value of the service was 1 re or 16000 – they asked for 1 re and allowed him to avail the service. If it was incorrect, why did they allow the service? So many companies come out with promotional offers – they cant claim later that it was a mistake. If you mis-label a product and mention a different price – how am I at fault for โbuyingโ it at that price? Also, even if it goes to court, at best, the court will ask your friend to pay and maybe add interest – so assume it comes to 20k or 25k. That is still fine, instead of paying 16k right now and not even being sure if they really filed an FIR, or they will win, or even if he pays – whether his name will be taken off the FIR. I dont think they would have reached out asking to pay if they had any hopes of winning it. And even if they do, at best, your friend might have to pay a little more than 16k which he is anyways ready to pay Makes sense to let it run its course.
