April 27, 2025 at 7:17 amAsking for a friend? Sure. Anyways, already pending 498A case against the very kind and mentally traumatized friend of yours does not help your case. This is a total clusterfuck situation, go to an actual lawyer and get proper advice by providing all the details and the timeline properly.April 24, 2025 at 3:12 am in reply to: Company is asking me to sign a bond for 2 years with a security cheque of 3 lakhs #9483MMightyowl2315

April 24, 2025 at 3:12 amWell proving it would be a nightmare as it would be split amongst all the freshers, regardless, being a startup means there some novelty in the work they do and cannot be attributed general training which will just improve the skillset of employee. At this point all this is ifs and buts, bond is not enforceable, stop payment and your money is safe if they are dense enough to start litigation any half decent lawyer can get a favourable order.April 23, 2025 at 12:14 pm in reply to: Company is asking me to sign a bond for 2 years with a security cheque of 3 lakhs #9462MMightyowl2315

April 23, 2025 at 12:14 pmThey cannot enforce the bond legally. As far as the cheque is concerned, give them but give your bank a stop payment instruction immediately to cancel it. Then it wonโt be bounced when they try to cash it. Supreme Court has already ruled that security cheques donโt attract NI act. Let them spend on lawyers to try and litigate and spend more.April 22, 2025 at 6:00 pm in reply to: Got a challan for outdated PUC of car, any way i can not pay it #9808MMightyowl2315

April 22, 2025 at 8:36 amIf he doesnโt want then ask him transfer it to you now by gift deed or ask him to make a will which specifies that property must go to you and get it registered otherwise it can be contested in the future by your brother when your father is not there. Also, it will be a problem regardless if it is a undivided and unspecified property because you canโt do use or sell it as a whole. If possible, pay a challan and get resurvey done and divide the property and specify his part.MMightyowl2315

April 22, 2025 at 8:01 amIf its from your grandfather then your brother (you included) already has a share in it and not just your dad’s siblings, their children also have a right in the property. NOCs can and in most litigation are challenged in courts and its a losing battle. Its better to get all the family members to the registrars office and just get the property registered in your brothers name to avoid any scope for future issues. If the property is in your dad’s name already as a result of the NOC then you and your brother have equal right to it.April 21, 2025 at 10:56 am in reply to: My family has been fighting for over 3 years to get the flat we paid for, and now a new twist is making everything worse. #11719MMightyowl2315

April 21, 2025 at 10:56 amIf you have taken a loan of the flat then the amount from the bank would only be released in tranches which would be per each slab, finishing works at 2 stages and final be upon obtaining an occupancy certificate. You can ask the bank to withhold any further disbursement and request a moratorium on your EMI payment in the circumstances for a couple of months. Meanwhile you can file a MP with RERA and request that the order be extended to include the land owner, since he was the builders partner by arrangement. Then you can produce that order in civil court and get the land owners petition dismissed. Then you can find another builder and direct the remaining disbursements towards them and complete the building for cheaper than fighting everywhere without having the property in possession during the while.MMightyowl2315

April 12, 2025 at 7:47 pmKissing is neither obscene nor construed as public nuisance and has been established in various cases. Most writers in a police station will not even go through the effort of doing the paper work for this. Due to some unfortunate circumstance if this travels up the chain it would have been closed with a 200rs fine in the station. -
