Meet a lawyer IMMEDIATELY!!

– Person in question is definitely in a position of power
– Despite Complaint organization has not changed work status quo wrt proximity or power with person in q
– Ur family is not dependent on your wifes income

Sue them for upwards of 100 Crores. Get a great lawyer.
Involve Women NGOs. Preferably a good NGO that has media repertoire.

Mostly likely organization will settle. Calculate the compensation on a regression model of your wifes lifetime earning. Dont settle for anything less.
