First complain to the customer service. Most probably you will get a refund. If you had noted the batch number write an email to the company saying that Blinkit is still selling their expired products, so that you can potentially save others too. If both Blinkit and the company don’t respond then you can approach the consumer forum.

Please refer to Sec.4 of the COTPA act. It explicitly prevents smoking in public places.
