NP. Know a few people who are doing similar things which might not be entirely legal here earning lakhs of rupees a month, some have been doing it for years now but no trouble, income tax is only trouble here, better get in touch with an experienced CA if you income gets to higher levels and they can easily sort it for you, ofcourse at a later stage. And by the way, best of luck for your side hustle..

I was about to come to this bro. No matter where you are getting money from, if it’s taxable and you file your taxes in time nobody cares the source, you can show it as your business income as other business category. This works and nobody cares, unless you start making millions our of nowhere overnight. Capitalist .net, check this, won’t explain what it is but might come handy later…

Bro legally it is crime, but as long as you have servers out of India and don’t try getting large traction on India you are safe. I am Not A Lawyer but as far as I understand the system, it’s just that content should not be on Indian serves, if it is not there’s nothing that could go wrong. I might be wrong but going by real law situation it’s not a big deal, nobody is coming after you if you try and stay a bit out of limelight.

Take some people along, out him from the shop forcefully, put your own locks, this is the only way, if police gets involved show them the docs, just tell them shop and all the stuff inside is yours and this guy just broke in. Even if he shows the agreement it’s already expired and he didn’t pay you after agreement was expired (hopefully) so legally the shop and stuff within is yours. Bribe if you have to, once you do it he will mutually agree eventually to vacate and request you to let him take his stuff.
Or else keep making rounds to court, it’s your property, my lords in courts are more corrupt than any other department so forget justice for atleast 2-5years in this case. It’s better to use force even if you have to get yourself sued later for assault cos that will be easier to cater too if you have your property with you. Else you don’t have your property and still have to cater to a court case. Choice is your either way.

Name and shame is only recourse now. How shameless of them, if they don’t like the software why using that in the first place. Such an unethical company and MD

Absolutely, giving in to these kinds of tactics from these goon politicians is the reason they take advantage of such situations. I understand legal system in our country is almost a scam but there is no other option than to fight back.
