Know a few people who are doing similar things which might not be entirely legal here earning lakhs of rupees a month, some have been doing it for years now but no trouble, income tax is only trouble here, better get in touch with an experienced CA if you income gets to higher levels and they can easily sort it for you, ofcourse at a later stage. Or else keep making rounds to court, it’s your property, my lords in courts are more corrupt than any other department so forget justice for atleast 2-5years in this case.
