If you don’t see that from where you’re sitting, you need to get out of your ivory tower and get to the ground at the grassroots level.MFirst of all, make sure you wear a shirt with a breast pocket. Keep your phone in it camera facing outward and record everything. The idea is to have evidence of your treatment in case things get out of hand, without anyone noticing that you’re recording.
You could also buy one of those pen cameras but I’m guessing it’s too late to get it at this point.

MIndia inherited all laws from the British. Even though the Modi government changed its name to BNS (Bharatiya NAya Sanhita) sections were basically copy-pasted from the British laws to BNS. India’s judicial system, the police, the civil services are all from the British era.If you really think about it – the British set up these institutions in India to benefit the crown. They exploited the common man with these ridiculous laws and corrupt judiciary and police to wreak havoc on the Indian psyche.
Once the British left, the elites took over these institutions and thus began the 80+ years of exploitation of the common man by the corrupt politicians and business elites of this country.
If you want efficient laws, you need to get rid of British era institutions and create ones that work for the citizens of India from the ground up, one brick at a time.
Otherwise, India is doomed to be a low-income country always at the heels of bigger countries like China, EU, US, etc
