Yo Yo Yo everything was alright until I saw POCSO. Seriously your boyfriend’s ex is a minor?? HE WAS IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH A MINOR. A VIDEO OF A MINOR GOT RELEASED?? This is a very serious issue. As far as I know, Although, whatever that had happened between is with both of their consent, the law still takes it as a sexual abuse against children. Also in addition there is the circulation of CP getting added to it. Multiple sections can be filed.

I am unsure of the bail, but one can still argue the case on humanitarian grounds such as intentional relationships etc. Consult your Lawyer.

The best thing to do, go and consult with the family and the girl’s family lawyer to not to get it into court. Although there is only a slim chance this can happen, still try it.

Advice for you… Do you think a person is having a relationship with a minor is innocent? Consider rethinking.
