NIt seems a lot of private companies will look for any reason to avoid giving maternity leave to female employees. I’m in the medical field and most corporate hospitals indirectly let their female doctors know that they can either go on unpaid leave or resign as their due date approaches. How on earth is this illegal practice so widespread?NBasically they just do whatever they feel like doing, everyone in this country can be held accountable for their actions except judges. They can make legally questionable judgements that a higher court can quash with no consequences for the errant judge. This hegemony needs to stop.NThe police don’t care about minor damage to private property, you’ll end up spending more “convincing” them to take action that will ultimately yield no results. Just get the paint touched up and move on.NEveryone does well until they cross someone with political influence. The only options to run a successful business:
1) Become politically influential yourself before starting.
2) Ingratiate yourself to some politically connected individual so you can always leverage their influence if required.
There is no scope for honesty or justice in India.
