It’s a scam. My father had the same call saying there is some complain against him in Delhi police. He said to the scammer, when a warrant is issued come to take me at my native place. You might get the warrant as well soon. And then the person cut the call. Just ask your father not to panic and be nonchalant about it. It’s a SCAM
