          > Tbh, legally what your parents did is smart. They basically told the court that you’re not part of the will- so your alimony will go down.

Lol no , they waited for 3 years to get my divorce process over and then registered the will. I am giving alimony and child support separately and it was not concluded by considering my parents property.

My parents aren’t talking to me properly from past 2 years so I can’t do that as it will hurt them more.

Got it , thanks! It was partitioned before my grandfather got it so it isn’t ancestral property anymore. I thought in worse case atleast I will get ancestral lands but….. Nevermind.

                > From what I’ve read and have seen- ancestral property that has been partitioned and registered in your father’s name is his self acquired property

My dad directly inherited from grandfather as my dad is only child.

                > person who wrote the will was not in a sound mental position

No , I can’t use that tactic for very obvious reasons.

So unless my dad voluntarily adds me again , there is no chance of me getting any part of it in the future? What if me and my parents reconcile then?

I got ripped off completely in my divorce and now my parents have disinherited me ,I am left with nothing much now.
