Then gl fighting a long case be prepared for atleast 5 years.

My case has been going since 2021, progress is not even 30%. I have a high court directive that says case shouldve been decided in 2023 itself.

My wife would rather ruin both of our lives than end it.

Its gonna end up in settlement and since you earn well it will be a significant sum.

Just start the negotiations there is no point in prolonging it.

You should have a copy of the cctv its the most important proof you got.

When you hire a lawyer tell them you need a copy of the cctv. They may have to bribe the police a little to get it but make sure you do.
