Wait for Honda and dealership final conclusion or reply from email or written. If you are not satisfied with that then you can hire lawyer. If repair cost is less than what lawyer charges then I suggest you to not go court step just do repair.

Why not suggesting Court process because lawyer will easily charge 50k+. This process might take 6 around. At end if you win care they will repair or replace part. You will get around 10k legal fees. If you lose then there is nothing can be done. Losing will cost you double amount.

Take cctv of your car service from start to end.

Not a lawyer 
It’s illegal and u might get Challan. But if it’s government vehicle or bus then it’s ok to carry more passengers than numbers of seat mentioned in RC.
Rule apply to common man only. I seen government bus has 2x passangers and police won’t fine them
