Thanks for replying bro.. my disabled cousin has been asked to get a Rs 200 stamp paper by his bank and he requested me to get him one. I have never bought stamp paper or gone to any court, so I hope it will be available in high court premises.

But what does the law say in this situation ? Will the man be forced to give up his daughter for adoption or will he be allowed to raise his her ?

yes of course through a lawyer only, but the site says they are a legal agency, so I guess must have lawyers.
