exactly why I was confident but when I asked the police howd this fair stating all that, he was like okay I can charge maybe no helmet fine if you want but you’d still have a complaint on your name

one major point I missed was, i said do an insurance claim, he said i literally did one last week so it can’t be possible, this seemed very fishy
