well the blame IS on the predator cuz who on earth as a 23 year old would approach a teen that too in an intention to just play with her…the teen is a victim of brainwashing and manipulation by the adult…she didn’t realise it at that time..we tried warning her and that’s the reason we were around the place they were supposed to meet so that if something feels off we’re there for her
