if possible install a fencing around your land, chances of illegal encroachment are high.

personal advice would be to not fall for emotional blackmailing there is a possibility that ur relatives will want your money coz someone need it for whatever reason like medicines, operations , wedding BLAH BlahPNAL

i think if propty was in ur GP name then you would have to distribute since the land was in your name they cant do much.
if needed get a restrainng orderwhats ur parents standing in this ?
