If you are ready to fight till end then child abuse case can just be a start. You cannot file it yourself, you will need a guardian. But that means a complete end to your family. Your mother can file a DV and then divorce and all. In any case your I would say your mother should be on your side. Also all of this take years so make sure that you are financially protected.

Divorce is her call. You have to support her to get divorce. You cannot get it without her consent. And your success will truly liberate her. So study and instead of pressing for divorce ask her to leave separate from her husband for the meanwhile.
