PAre you sure FIR was filed and not a DDR ? FIR can be downloaded online from the state police website as well if you know the date of FIR.PThere is no way any outsider can place so much cash especially with all the security cover a sitting Judge of HC gets. It’s all black money of the judge which got exposed due a fire accident. Do you remember Delhi Fire Chief denying any recovery of cash at the accident site. That was a well planned move but the SC exposed that lie by making public the video and photos of the fire accident room.
There is still no FIR or complaint from the Judge regarding that cash if it was not owned by him. Since all the evidences have been destroyed there is nothing much can be done.
